Our Business
Our priority is making sure you receive timely and accurate service. We provide a full adjustment on each claim to include:
- Same day contact with insured/claimant once an assignment is received
- Coverage verification
- On site inspection
- Full narrative report to include Estimate, Photographs, Statement of Loss, Proof of Loss and Property Valuation
- We make every effort to inspect with in 48 hours of assignment.
Assignments

Your claim will be processed immediately upon receipt.
Reporting
We work hard to complete our First Report in 7 days. If a file is to remain open past 7 days, we will send a Status Report to update your office. Each report will be reviewed prior to completion. If your office requests a revision to a report, we will make every effort to complete that revision within 8 hours.
Estimating
We will provide you with a professional product using Xactimate, the industry's leading estimating software.
